I was very surprised to see how much can be done just with donations, without any other funding. With the hands of these kind-hearted people, real miracles came to life: children from poor families and orphans receive education with modern textbooks, families receive help, water pumps are built in remote places. I felt like I was accepted in the family, despite the fact that I'm literally from the other side of the planet :) I wish this project further success and hope that more people would know about it soon!”
I volunteered teaching English at Gyan jyoty School during a pilgrimage to Bodhgaya at the end of 2019. We sang songs, played games, improved the children's use of English grammar and even developed their writing skills over a three hour non-stop session during which they never tired of learning more with everyone participating joyfully. I was humbled by just how much these children value their education. Please do support this project and be part of the Gyan Jyoty family!.”

It’s really amazing to know that the kids who are not so privileged have so much talent to offer. It’s nice working with them and at Gyan Jyoty School I can see how they are loved and provided opportunities to grow. I just hope that with each passing day each and every kid is filled with more and more light.
This is an awesome mission I must say giving a life and education to children is the most beautiful gift to humanity. I had an amazing time here at Gyan Jyoty School. I hope to come back. All the best to all future endeavours.
I feel at Gyan Jyoty School we empower the children in a true sense. It feels great to put the stones for 'the next step' for these lovely kids. I am sharing this because all the volunteers of Gyan Jyoty School who put in hours with these children contribute in a big way to make the children more confident in facing the world.
